NSA takes a much more calculated, aggressive approach resulting in unique endorsement deals and commercial opportunities. At NSA, we take into consideration every single aspect of a client's career, skills, personality, hobbies and other important factors to formulate marketing programs that are mutually beneficial to our client and the corporate sponsor. The ability to achieve maximum benefits for our clients is what differentiates NSA from the “other” companies who believe only the highest ranking stars are worthy of marketing dollars.
- All of our clients have at least some sort of endorsement deal... from the obvious shoe/apparel deals to trading cards, car deals, autograph sessions, speaking engagements, etc. There is always something out there for each and every active NFL client.
- In many instances, NSA has partnered with some of the largest corporations in the United States and the world to secure lucrative marketing agreements for our athletes. Our marketing staff has influence to negotiate directly with companies such as BMW, Blockbuster, Nike, Reebok, Adidas, Under Armour, Footlocker, Fila, Oakley, Ray Ban, Elevee Custom Clothing, Tag, Maurice Lacroix, Movado, Burger King, Coca-Cola, Target, Energizer and Bombardier SkyJet, as well as MANY others. We have successfully established long-term relationships with corporations by carefully pairing our clients with businesses who can best utilize their particular talents and skills.
- NSA’s Marketing and Endorsements Program is very unique. Initially, we charge ZERO PERCENT (0%) on any marketing dollars we procure for a client up to the monetary level of the fees that he pays for that particular contract year. While other agencies and representatives will charge up to a 25% to 30% commission on every marketing deal, NSA charges you for marketing ONLY for those marketing deals that go above and beyond your contract fees for that particular year.
- For example: If a Player makes $1M for the first year of his NFL playing contract, his agent fees will amount to $30,000 (3% of $1M). Per NSA’s Marketing Program, the Player would receive the first $30,000 worth of marketing deals at ZERO CHARGE. For any subsequent marketing deals during the remainder of that year, we charge 20%. Accordingly, for year #2 of his NFL contract, if the Player earns $2M, his fees will be $60,000. Thus, the first $60,000 of marketing income will be completely FREE OF CHARGE.
- THE TRADE-OFF FOR THIS UNIQUE PROGRAM is that we encourage you to GIVE SOMETHING BACK to your respective community during your spare time. You could visit local hospitals, schools or even establish a charitable foundation in your name. (We will help you facilitate these options.) This always establishes goodwill between yourself and the fans in your community – and even helps enhance your marketability and/or endorsement appeal in the future.
